Hi everyone, I have a quick question.

I have a Razer Core X that I purchased in Hong Kong when I was living there. Anyway, I returned to Malaysia and I'm facing some issues with the hardware where it automatically switches off after a few seconds - with or without my RTX 3090 in it. I want to RMA it by entering the serial no. on the website but the product box is mangled with duct tape due to travel and I'm not sure where to find the serial no. for the product on it. I've called Razer's office in KL and they have no idea as well and they also have no clue how to RMA a Razer product that wasn't purchased from an official distributor in Malaysia. I tried looking inside the casing, on the board, other than the S/N of the PSU, I cant see other serial number.

Help?!

Unless your coverage specifically mentions international warranty, I doubt there is much you can do to claim. Unless you go back to Razer HK. Have you tried contacting them?

I haven't. I need to find the receipt also but yea, I don't know what else to do. My suspicion is it's the PSU. I can always replace the PSU but I think I am beginning to accept the truth that there is nothing I can do.

It is what it is if you buy from one country and use in another. Your other option is to try fix it.

that's why. If only I know what's wrong with it. I hope it's not my 3090. Haha

Can try both ways; fit GPU into a working PC see if it works. Fit a spare GPU in the dock see if it works.
