Household Salak South VS Cheras Permaisuri RUMAWIP, Which location is better and why

Both also RUMAWIP

SALAK SOUTH
-850 sqft
- Medium dense 1,295 units
-3R 2B
-1 Parking

Go NSK Kuchai, Mid valley, Velocity 6km+- but no walking distance shoplot

Cheras Permaisuri
- 900sqft
- High dense 3,000+ units
- 3R 2B
- 1 Parking

Bigger space, walking distance to Taman permaisuri and shoplot (Opposite main road only)

Location wise macam Salak South is better, straight highway to Midvalley but convenience and life style wise Permaisuri seems better, huge row of shoplots and famous Taman Permaisuri.

I would say permaisuri traffic is way worse than salak south.
Also permaisuri more malays and salak south more chinese so food wise depends which u prefer.

More units usually means cheaper maintenance fee. However if management sucks then habis lah.

More unit means higher chances can be self sufficient means more shops opening there u just need to go downstairs u can get everything.

900sqft is more spacious. but, you did not gives exact location in permaisuri and salak south. So hard to comment anything.

Without knowing the actual location, Salah south and Pemainsuri is just one ramp away..ie the ramp besides Salah south police stn will straight lead to Pemainsuri.

I suggest TS to spell which two projects to compare.

Salak South and Parmaisuri is just neighbour like 5-10 mins away only without the traffic.
I think Permaisure is better coz many shop lot and bank for your convenience.
Sunway Velocity, Aeon, LRT and MRT is nearer too.
3000++ unit I assume there is 2 to 3 blocks within a same piece of land.

Actually from Salak South or Permaisuri is also easy to connect to Cheras, PJ, Mid Valley, KL.

You need to consider the design and layout of both project.
Who is the developer and their past project quality as reference.

I take it that u comparing Radium Adesa vs Residensi Wilayah.

Residensi Wilayah better, future MRT3, plenty shops, close to many access roads.
