I'm facing challenges with my condo unit renovation under a strata title. Initially, I submitted my renovation plan to the condo management, and it was approved. However, complaints arose regarding improper hacking of two internal walls, which were part of my approved plan and confirmed not to affect the structure by the condo management office. Now, I've been asked to submit the renovation plan to MBPJ for approval.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Will MBPJ approve such renovation works, especially in a condo setting? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
