I thought a surgeon's worth is measured by operating hours inside OT.

He should stick to his core scope rather than trying to consult people on things affecting health.

There's general physician/dietician/psychologist for normal consultation.

If he can save one (1) people at a time, its always better than saving zero (0) by quitting.

He wants to save everyonelotsa ppl? be an influencer on the side. There's a lot of platform for healthy lifestyle activist to work on.
