Hi guys I have issue with Maxis network literally no line inside my home. Saddest part is even I can't dial 999 due to network issue

Raised case MCMC twice no response 1st report they said Maxis will rework existing infrastructure to boost network
2nd time they said they will install new tower to fix issue. Also Maxis acknowledged that their Network in my area was bad.

Last week I complain Maxis about what is status they said no plans of upgrade infra my area..
CelcomDigi no issue in my area massively improved after merged

Do help what should I do report this case again

Why not just port out to telco that have good coverage in the house?

Can't since in contract. 10 months left to terminate
