Some of them giving licensing fee only. Not the overall package.
Like bing xue. 8k per annum licensing + 60k for reno and their supply/ machineries etc for 40k So whole package is 100k Marrybrown is 400k for overall and must be under company holdings. |

For clarification sake, they're not all comparing apples to apples.
Some only say the cost of franchise fee, some licensing fee, some giving rough estimate on TOTAL cost projection, etc. Marrybrown 150k is definitely only the franchise fee, Laundrybar 398k is likely the total projected cost. |
