and
rm 799 2019 huawei p30 lite 6/128 kirin 711 android10

both has same audio haisen set the same opimal setting
i have apple music both also same setting high quality aac

listen music via sony xb2 speaker
the sound from honor clear crystal treble/bass. nice sound
but sound from more pricier huawei like crap/flat/no more crystal treble, but got bass.
also tried other setting/eq still huawei crap.

these models is 2019 so back then huawei/honor still under 1 roof/maker

so wtf?

anyway found my answer after digging. i found out that the old phone has LDAC audio codec(sony) when connect via bt so the music sounded awesome. while the new phone don't have that. there's no store to download that codec either.

so next time when buy new phone has to check for that too. wtf

Did a web search, found this article. This histen feature reportedly only works with wired headphones.
