I receive quotation from my lawyer to perform MOT on my new condo strata title to transfer from developer to my name. In the quotation it mention MOT Stamp Duty, does it mean I will pay the stamp duty with lawyer fees together? If yes, how do I check if the stamp duty had been paid to LHDN?
