boleh je. request boleh je. but the decision is up to the husband, or the court (depending on what type of request).

always with the misinformation about how Islam treats separation. its very clear in Islam that wife can request for separation out of Husband authority.

But it will take a long time... I have a malay friend filed request to leave her husband who is in jail for 2x drug offence. For 3 years she waited..

i know, in general that is not the issue with the law, but rather the administration part of it. long queue, a lot of red tapes, and of course priority context.
but yeah, it will take time, though 3 years, i do consider that as pretty short, compared to what i heard around the process.

So it already clearly shown that the system is biased towards male. It is unfair and unjust for woman

how?

the issue is with the admin part of the execution, not the rule itself.

so many rules in Islam that benefit female more than man, eg; fasting, dowry, war etc
*
You also forget that there are many rules that are unjust for women

Not sure who is the one triggered that cannot accept the fact that clearly shown some of your religion rules are biased against women...

Of course man and woman are different physically, mentally etc.. that is why there are no sports where man vs woman, clearly? Cannot understand simple difference between human nature and religion rules?

So many rules in life that benefits female than male.
Public Confrontations: Women are more often seen as the defendant in male vs. female confrontations. Men are usually seen as the aggressor. Women scream at men is ok, men yelling at women is bad.

Sexual Harassment - Man > Ladies

Military Recruitment - Man > Ladies

Female Privilege: Males are always seen as a potential threat whereas women are not. Women are seen as a threat during police confrontations and such. For men, just walking down the street we make people tense. That said, women have more freedom to roam without getting shot by a cop or a nervous carrier.

Coach for Women for public transport

Sport - why must segregate?

Ladies' Night in clubs - no men's night?

ya bro... keep your delusion and keep ignoring religion rules that are clearly biased towards men and against women which we are talking about here... not your "other" female benefits..

jokes on you..
