its never fun to divorce... although i feel like make some jokes now.

i hope the divorce doesn't affect the kids much.

it's called fasakh.. wife can apply for divorce, but got no power to divorce husband herself..
Wife must give valid reason to court. The court will justify whether to execute the divorce or not.

boleh, isteri boleh request based on the "fasakh" with valid justification.

a valid justification could be as simple as "tak bahagia/not happy"

of course the process will be lengthy but doable.
