Any recommendations supplement to prevent asthma from triggering?

apart from taking supplements, maybe do some workout. apparently swimming helps in asthma recovering. like many professional swimmer. take care.

u know better what triggered ur astma... then try to avoid it.

some with food, some with air condition..
if bad haze, ensure to have air purifier inside.. and wear mask..
