QUOTE(kimochi ii @ Jul 9 2024, 09:21 AM) how much ud54 doctor earns?ChatGPT ChatGPT The salary of a doctor can vary widely depending on factors such as their specialty, experience, location, and type of employment (private practice, hospital-employed, academic, etc.). Without more specific information about the type of doctor (specialty) and the region or country where they work, it's challenging to provide an exact figure. In some regions, doctors specializing in high-demand fields or in affluent areas can earn significantly more than others. If you have more details about the type of doctor or the location, I could provide a more tailored estimate. |

duno bout the data, but my circle of doktor frens in gov, 100% amik epf. haha. mostly ladies tho. alot of talk bout low pay, yes the pay is very low. but its the same in all professional schemes like accountant, engineer, lawyer etc. severly underpaid in gov. but only doctors are getting the attention. dont forget doctors have a super fast track time based promotion compared to other skims.
probably jpa have to set the salary based on tier. complex job like doctor with highest tier salary. |

This is UD52 (~11 years service)
Basic RM 6971 ITP RM 700 ITK RM 600 BIW RM 870 BPK RM 750 UD54 probably just add the yearly raise RM290 to the current basic salary. Junior specialist probably add 2 more allowances (~RM2500 + RM2000) You think worth or not staying in gomen ~11 yrs still not even rm10k |

QUOTE(SerioseCat @ Jul 9 2024, 04:21 PM) UD54 is the highest non specialist, non JUSA gred for doctors may be should bring the Age & UD in to the context. i dont think can reach 20k/mth, more to 12-14k if really senior if ur UD54 but age near pencen your salary will be around 16-20k ( i think) But if you juts naik UD54 most likely around 8-10K GoV you serve x number of year u naik gred not exactly based on performance. if you are performer ( kipas or actual performer) then you may naik cepat a bit bit will come to ceiling faster |
