Investment Riang’D Eco Majestic Semenyih, worth to buy?, RM369k onwards for 1,000sqf

For own stay i notice got many people work in KL but don’t mind travelling from Semenyih or even Sendayan (especially if landed, not sure about condo), but the rental market in Semenyih is it good?

TS confirm not familiar with Semenyih. This RIANG is just outside of my house. If you drive to swan roundabout you can see a huge construction site, there are 3 blocks of RSKU under construction, and will be finished built by 2026, heard over 2000 units, each only cost 250k. So this RIANG also over 1000 units, 3000 units of condos in such small area.

So do you think rental mkt will be good in future? Not just in majestic, 10 km away, along Jalan Broga, there are massive housing project under construction, got sempurna height, Mutiara hill, eco forest, and country garden, plus Mah Sing also will be launching soon.

But if you have limited budget, can buy for own stay, not encourage for investment.

If you have enough budget, just buy the landed house from EW. My house almost got relatives visit every mth, all complaint far but don know why keep asking my wife can come or not, lol

i came across an Exim project in bukit jalil, Kingswoodz tapi RM390-410k for 463sqf at 42 cent maintenance. It’s very near Pavilion and walking to awan besar lrt. I guess the rates is due to this. There’s a tech hub that’s supposedly going to come up very near by, government has green lit the project.

Omg never thought Bukit jalil can be so valuable nowadays, over RM800 per sqf. And what can do with 463 sqf?

It is right next to Jaya, so good for own stay, but personally think here is still for landed, not so suitable for investment. Not to say the 2k units RSKU in front of Swan roundabout which is under construction now.
