YTL Data Center Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YTL Power. It is not a REIT yet. You can own it indirectly by owning YTL Power shares (listed on Bursa).
If you want data center REITS, there are a few options on SGX. • Keppel DC REIT specifically owns data centers and have a long history • Digital Core REIT (still very new) • Mapletree Industrial Trust is not focused on data centers but a large portion of their portfolio are data centers in North America |

go for Sg banks. DBS went up 30%+ past 1 year, excluding dividend and bonus shares.
Whereas all the listed counters above has been suffering from losses. Even the dividend can't cover those losses. |

Google YTL Hospitality REIT Ytl reit listed in bursa memang is a hospitality reit. How would a data center reit work tho? It's just renting the land to servers. |

Maybe TS saw YTL REIT on bursa, straight think it's data center one 😋Ytl reit listed in bursa memang is a hospitality reit. How would a data center reit work tho? It's just renting the land to servers. Not sure, but I think it's land & building... The REIT own it, & have long term lease with the data center company |
