Wasted my time to read this thread to understand the situation. Guys, TS is working in foreign country. I assume is not Malaysia. Do not use your Malaysia company experience as reference as it is not workable in foreign country. What I can say is TS is a weak leader, working in a company has weak HR and everybody seems want to take care their own business so that will not lost their job. This Thai lady is smart and she still survive in the company until today. If in Malaysia, long time she already gone. Malaysia HR personal so smart can make you self resign.
