you just came in time. just done meeting. whole meeting manipulation, blaming, and say - how can i trust you (aka me)...

management says relationship is not recoverable.

her visa will be revoked if she is laid off. sayonara.. AMDK have to find back in Thai.

i did. she is a highly anxious person, and she would magnify the situation 10000x worse than it is. she can easily follow my instructions and do, but she thinks it will be impossible and so difficult.

i don't mind a highly anxious person, but what she does next is the problem - shifting blame, manipulating, gaslighting, and never take responsibility. then fault me. then i cannot accept.

i don't know why she does that - usually these people who have low self esteem? so much so she wants to dictate me? (in her dream!)

management is looking for solid evidence to fire her. meanwhile, she is now going around looking for new manager and i tell them everything about what i went through, she will eventually run out of options, and we will need to say bye bye to her.
