If close to sg, sure development and standard of living on the rise. Cost will rise and salary will rise too.
JB will become like London, expensive and high salary
It'll not benefit the local people only to landlords and developers. I have many relatives and family members living in SG FYI. Their view of current Malaysia is food haven because what afford them back in their country for 1 meal equals roughly roughly 3 meals in Malaysia.
Every month without fail will make few trips to JB to buy groceries stack until car full before returning home. Many of the items in some way are subsidized so that locals can afford for basic necessities but all wallop by them. Milk powder, dry food, canned food..
The wealth spill only benefiting the local supply chain business tycoons and land developers..
For the local wage earners still earning miserable MYR their sufferings only will increase because jobs decreasing, housing affordability becomes out of reach, no pay rise, malnourishment...
Singaporeans Call JB Residents "Lucky" Because Eating Out Is Really Cheaphttps://theindependent.sg/singaporeans-call...er-cheap-there/ If you are still earning in miserable MYR, it's different story. Are local MYR wage earners benefiting?
