Whats the difference between "as new" vs refurbished for the Dell laptop that they sell at their outlet store?

where can find the "as new" you mentioned?
from the link i can only see refurbished units.

need to search/wait... not always in stock.

The terms :-

1. Refurbished
Have been used for some times, some parts have been replaced, repaired or cleaned. Will have some scratches here & there or some wear & tear signs, mostly cosmetics/outer surface. Usually price is budget friendly, don't mind the cosmetics, as a Second PC or maybe for children use that doesn't need it to be in high performance.

Also model might have been obsolete or EOL, either limited or no warranty & support.


2. "As New"
Mostly unused but open box condition or "Display Unit" in some shop, also sometimes is an older generation model/series. Still under warranty & support from manufacturer.
