Husky has no business staying in a small condo. Kesian no regulation from government and owner who doesn't do their home work. Normally these kind of abusive and lazy owner keep a pet to project their ego

When you have certain type of parents justify beating their kids then you not gonna surprise they did the same to their pets.

There are ways to discipline a dog, or a kid without physically hitting them. Keyword is "hit", you don't use heavy force that will induce mental & physical trauma to them. Even if you able get their behavior "right" aka obedient it's still an abusive act, like husband hitting their wife into submission and claim it's a good behavior.
