the creating item parts is like warframe. Gameplay is not. It rely heavy on guns, sort of like Destiny and the graphics ala anthem. 3rd person view only.
Its nothing like division for sure. Probably the equip customize like division.

BTW if anyone on old hardware, this game doesn't launch at all.
I'm on x58 system, Xeon L5640, 24GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, SSD as main and another as storage.

EAC launch then waiting for game. Task manager first descendent just quit then EAC close with no error.

Those are just recomended. More so its a suggestion. So take it as grain of salt.

Mine running cyberpunk just fine.

I'm suspecting its UE5 system requirements.
But its nexon anyway. Nothing to lose here.
