TM cable if visible if any problem come and fixed they don't charge you, if you conseal/hide they don't take any responsible that what i remember

The port part i guess is true last time often heard many user can't get unifi because not enough port highrise/landed by no choice still using streamyx

I'm landed never experienced out of port issues opt in unifi since day 1 , not sure for late comer .

Example Last time my wife shop renovation i also hanging like this only the black cable and box drag and rolled and hanging somewhere safe without kacau renovation guy since my cables is visible no conceal/hiding from day 1 even after renovated also hanging like this only 😂

My own home punye wiring also exposed like that, even after potong from TM years ago.

As for the other house (topic), the wiring is above the ceiling and the rest inside trunking. Contractor said when they remove plaster board bit by bit, the wiring were actually nailed to the board so they might have to pull it out from the outside.

I suggested that they put the wire inside a junction box and nail the box outside in case the need to reinstall back in the future.

I intend to rent out the house, so maintaining an active TM subscription might be a plus for tenants. My other props are all commercial type so don't have internet and stuff like these.

if don't want so many taichi straight cut it off also okay punya, TM contractor just pull a new cable only no big deal punya, probably just ready few hole for TM or TM drill the hole for you, as long TM contractor can easily access the cable usually they don't have much complain punya.
