Honorary title in Malaysia can be easily bought, that's why it is easier to get a title the more corrupt you are as money is not an issue.

People who focus too much on racial aspect usually lacks objectivity. Should be focusing if it's really THE Lim Kok Han, he's not some no name businessman.
