If you want to get a cheap one, then you can search for N100 mini pc on shopee or lazada. Kinda cheap as well depending on the deal. Usually between RM650-700. Get one with 16gb ram and 512gb ssd. These are not very powerful but enough for web browsing and Microsoft office. What's really fun is the size of these mini pc. It fits on your palm and you can just double taped them onto the back of your monitor. Don't even need to turn them off since they are just 6w at idle, not much difference to your smartphone/ tablet.
