Let say u bought a car and u didn’t like it / wanted to change.

What is the best time to sell it?

5 years? Is it possible to sell it even shorter than that?

Cause i see some listings in carsome, got 2023 cars, meaning these owners sell off their car at least 1 year of ownership? Is that really possible? What is the prequisites for doing so? (Example : need 5-7 loan tenure or high DP at the start) ?

Sifus who sold their car at year 1 or 2 can share ?

no point to keep something u dun like in ur garage right?

but if u are on hire purchase, u can sell anytime also...juz pay off the balance or ask car dealer to pay it off, then sold..

relating to own experience, i once bought a W126, from a youtuber (which i wont name), turns out its piece of s[hit....i sold it at halve the purchase price after 2 weeks...good learning...never trust youtuber, esp on old ancient car...

That's why in Latin there's the famous "Caveat Emptor" - let the buyer beware.

totally true... not about finger-pointing or fault finding at all..its willing buyer-willing seller..the whole transation was legit and the deal was pleasant...seller is nice, solid!!

its juz sharing the experience (relating to own personal experience of buying a vehicle which din meet my own expectation) , if the purcahse was a regretful one, TS, pls let it go immediately...save u the sore eye, among the reasons...and also be aware of the sunken cost bias... rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif
