No 5G coverage in my neighbourhood. Time Fibre is my choice.

The wired is always better than wireless

Wired broadband (TIME, Unifi Fibre, Maxis Fibre .etc) are always better than 5G wireless broadband.

5G wireless broadband is meant for those who don't have fibre connectivity in their area.

Theoretical wired connection should be better due to more consistent, not affected by weather, but in reality, it really depends on your area.

Personally I find Unifi has gotten much much worse ever since they promo free speed upgrade. Streaming apps like youtube, iqiyi, bein sports are laggy as hell at night. Reddit is also laggy.

Its not a choice of which is "better".
This is not a direct apple-to-apple comparison.

One is wireless, another is fibre. Speed and latency, of course fibre beats hands down, regardless of condition (no 4g/5g congestion).
For plenty of users using simultenously, fibre is better. 4G/5G wireless can also support but not recomended for multiple users using heavy downloading/streaming simultaenously
For mobility, wireless 5G or 4G can bring to anywhere, office or another home.

For me, I prefer wireless. can bring anywhere.
My parents have Unifi fibre, but only use for very light usage. Wasting.
