By the looks & limitations, better to go vertical mounting

VRX supports vertical, but the GPU will be too close to the glass for air flow.

Get Coolermaster GPU kit, it has adjustable GPU position to back away from glass

The GPU is too thick and the casing is not wide enough, almost no difference. Although vxr is a big casing, the main chamber is thiner than most standard Atx casing.
