Kuchai Sentral condo, currently all done but not VP yet, Dev said they doing strata, but afaik, condo strata usually is 1-2 years after VP ain't it?

Strata Titles (Amendment) Act 2016 stated that Strata Titles should be issued simultaneously with the issuance of CCC by the PSP (Architect). Before the ST Act , developers will drag the Strata Title to god knows how long ..

But there's still property VP before strata thou, how do they manage it?

previously VP with CF or OC then only Strata .. but new law, must issue simultaneously but depend whether your development bulit after the act enforced
