Wifi version will have messy wiring, it's just a matter of how messy you find it acceptable. You will need a 24V / 12V AC relay / transformer, or use a 24V DC adapter, perhaps you can use the cavity in your mailbox to do the wiring if you're in a landed dwelling. For condos perhaps you can place an enclosed shelf underneath or on top of the doorbell to hide the wiring, doubling as shelving. Just be careful to not using wooden shelving to prevent fires.

This is why I went with the POE version, just a single wire and stable connection.

Also a suggestion, here's a rain cover that can be 3D printed. Must have in our thunderstorms (if you're in a landed dwelling)
