I don't know if this is the right thread to ask..(obviously nope)..
I am new with 3D and I have a few things to ask to any otai2 here..

Which application is best to use for Interior Design and to create model like human, furniture and etc?..
Please suggest me standard spec..C2D 2GB RAM with standard integrated intel graphic is ok or not?..
Lastly, anyone know any website that can help me learn 3D?..

i think the best 3d software for beginner is google sketchup....
i has the most basic in 3d working and it is the most easiest compared to 3dmax , rhino or whatsoever

after all it also has a lot of rendering plugins like vray and podium

my ex colleague used ketchup with vray. quite tasty for him, should be almost the same thing as using 3dsmax.

i donno because i once saw in cg forum that most of the people there use sketchup for modeling and then export it to 3dmax for rendering, and they say it is much more faster modelling in sketchup and use the 3dsmax for rendering better workflow they say...bcos in sketchup vray the rendering capabilities is still limited rather than the max version

Conclusion: Sketchup suitable for beginner, inter-middle, & pro. easy to use, & easy to understand the concept compare to other software.
