About the background thing, i purposely did it cos i need those lightning from it(hdri)

btw , who own vray 1.5? ori version.. just want to know
i'm thinking of getting it if it has student price next few yrs mental ray is good but i need to waste a lot of time to fine tune the setting before it can come out at 80% of vray rendering.. ![]() Mental Ray 3.6 n 3dmax 2008 used.. all materials are from mental ray A&D photoshopped for sharper image n added contrast with noise.. nothing more than that Don mind the curtain cos i have yet to texture it with proper material now the mr interior can compete with vray with the latest update which have better light distribution @LOSD nice interior.. just that the 'human' inside spoilt the pic This post has been edited by N33d: Oct 30 2007, 08:05 PM |

omg.. rm3k for a rendering engine is too much for me cos i jz wan to learn to use it and it's hard to get the vray 1.5 'demo' .. lol

i know.. but the newest one they still have many prob with the 'demo' version

how bout u delete the isolated vertex(backspace).. choose 'insert vertice' from the edge there and put the vertex at the middle
