It is features they compete with but has come to the critical point where all of them had to combine under one company (Autodesk) because no point wasting resources to develop the same thing separately while the result is the same.

Blender is a full 3D application that has its share of dilemma in the past and now the counter commercial software that enslave user and supported by its side products or donation, however, its input method is not like ordinary software you would expect, nothing is drag & drop.

You want the easiest and feature packed application that caters for your type of construction animation, if you start learning and expect the result in 1 month is not possible, in what quality and do you need trees or is the animation about fly though or construction process and for who to see.
