hi people!
heres my latest work. didnt know theres a 3d thread around. just uploaded this yesterday http://syarawi.deviantart.com/art/War-that...-ends-166891833 or u can just checkout http://syarawi.deviantart.com most works are modelled in Sketchup , Exported and rendered in VUE 8.5 Xstream (several older pieces with 7Xstream) Post Processing with Photoshop. Love the composition. Photoshop a lot? Textured materials will increase realism. Great stuff. My only comment-a bit too much polygon count for the final view that you are producing. If the final view is that far you probably have been better off with the render time if u use mappings, displacement and bumps.

This 3D lighter was built as a personal 3D design piece, I have recently re worked the textures on the 3D model and added new bump mapping to it. The 3D lighter has been featured on several sites over the past years
