IF this is your first time I advise u to engage an agent who deal the lelong car process.
I did the same last year. My agent told me how to do step by step. and he charged me relatively cheap since he is my friend's father.
Get an experienced trusted mechanic to inspect the car u are targeting as well.

as for the case the car has no key, my agent used to told me he could find locksmith who could make the key & remote.
