Not so good but let me try.

I faced synch issues because my One drive app on my windows machine went nuts. The index file went corrupt. I uninstalled, deleted all the index files and reinstalled.

Check also your access levels.

The file access is just part of the file. You can see it. Try right click and manage access.

One of the strong points of cloud files is that files can be opened and accessed simultaneously by many people at the same time. Then there is versioning and auto backup.

If you work off the OneDrive in cloud it will be lessen the sync issues. If you rely on local app, sync issues can happen.

Yeah, I’ve had that issue before. You can try right-clicking the file in OneDrive, selecting View online, and then request edit permissions from there. Also, check if the file’s read-only status is enabled—sometimes that’s the culprit.

I’ve run into this issue before with OneDrive. It turned out the permissions on the shared folder weren’t set right. I asked the folder owner to make sure I had full edit permissions, and that seemed to fix it. I also unlinked my OneDrive account from my PC and signed back in to restart the sync process. That helped get everything syncing again.

I had this same issue with OneDrive a while ago. It turned out that the problem was with the file permissions — I didn’t have the correct edit permissions on the shared folder. After checking that, I still had some trouble syncing, so I ended up unlinking and relinking my OneDrive account. That seemed to fix it, and the files started syncing properly again. If you haven't tried that yet, it's worth a shot.

How you know? The writing looks natural, aside from file permission as root cause.

Aiyoh, I also pernah kena this OneDrive problem one time. Rupanya, the problem was with the file permissions lah – I didn't have the proper edit permissions on the shared folder. After check punya check, still got problem syncing, you know? So, last-last, I just unlink and relink my OneDrive account lah. Then okay already, the files started syncing properly back. If you belum try that yet, try lah, mana tau can work for you also.
