My wife bought this phone but can't make video call using Celcom mobile data but can make video call using WhatsApp. Anyone here facing this issue?

Setting up the Honor 200 (non Pro) for my parents and notice the keyboard is not very responsive. Typing with my usual speed on the Honor 200 will often miss a few characters in between, I need to slow down to touch type and see if the character has been registered. Notice this even when I unlock using pin, typing 123456 will sometimes register 12-6 only

Turning it off and the touches become normal. |

Paid RM10/month for 200 Pro for 3 year contract with Celcom. This replaced my iPhone 11 after failed atttempt with Samseng (cannot transfer whatsapp chat). Stalled at 9x%.
