Just to update, my amazon shipment was done by SF Express and last mile delivery is done by a SFexpress delivery man ala gig worker driver.

The tracking on SF webpage was forever stuck at New York but tiba2 it just show up on my door step. Took it like one week to arrive my doorstep

The delivery driver called to tell me he have parked the item like how a shopee/lalamove will do (was away from home).

No issue with this but it is something to be aware if you are buying something high value better pay more for priority shipping since this required you to sign off upon delivery. For my case, I would need to top up additional RM100 bucks if I were to choose the toppest end shipping process.

And my item did not kena tahan by kastam, the box was not opened.

No. They only charge when the item is shipped out, not delivered.

Partial if they only partially shipped your items. Your item might be sent in few shipments instead of in single parcel.
