Grab app not compatible with device?

Hi, my friend is visiting from overseas and because her phone is locked by her service provider rented a phone Nokia C20
She's unable to find the Grab app for consumer on the app store When we tried to use the grab web page to download it says tat it's not compatible with the device and the guy at the phone store isn't much help Any ideas why? Is the phone just totally too old? |

There’s a possibility the Google play store is set to a different region other than Malaysia
