Ok heard about the going to bigger branch they'd start charge you more shits
I currently paying just rm163 for CF to access all clubs minus MV and 1U, no contract bound Pricing wise with CF is not bad, but in many branches they close early at 8pm during weekends and PH including Sunway I guess i gonna continue with existing CF to see, other 24 hrs franchise gyms simply is too pricey |

QUOTE(spursfan @ Jun 20 2024, 12:18 PM) too vague lelike for me i consider it good enough if there are enough squat rack and dumbells up to 60kg to use. theres alot of exercises can be done with just barbell and dumbbells but to others they consider addition of classes, running machines, shower, sauna etc you get the idea |

QUOTE(dattebayo @ Jun 20 2024, 11:11 AM) so I see this Anytime Fitness franchise growing like mushroom alongside Believe Fitness, both are with the concept of 24/7 operating model 1 price only, semua boleh pakai.I want to know the Anytime Fitness membership, do they have something similar to Celebrity / Fitness First model where VIP tier can access all clubs under the brand? And what would be the pricing also any feedback on the gym facilities? For CF recently their equipments are dated, obsolete, dirty, and undermaintained for most of their locations mohon pencerahan dari wahal ktards |

QUOTE(marfccy @ Jun 20 2024, 12:44 PM) too vague le mine goes up to 40. not like i can use them anyway. i can't imagine myself being able to use 60kg for incline db press with full range of motion and slow eccentric. my arms will be ripped off my body. like for me i consider it good enough if there are enough squat rack and dumbells up to 60kg to use. theres alot of exercises can be done with just barbell and dumbbells but to others they consider addition of classes, running machines, shower, sauna etc you get the idea |

only subscribe membership when the branch near u (which will be your main branch) is opening soon or under renovation coz got discounted price
if u move around, then subscribe any branch with discounted price and make sure you dont visit 1 particular branch (other than your main branch) more than 40-50% of total visits per month, coz they will charge u membership price based on normal price instead of the discounted price u signed up This post has been edited by Tanjiro: Jun 20 2024, 01:46 PM |

QUOTE(billylks @ Jun 20 2024, 08:11 PM) It is very nice to have it 24hr, you can workout any time you like. But in reality who wants to do workout after 12am? MeThe best factor for me is of course if the gym is very near to your home. Like jalan kaki also sampai. I work out at 4am and on some weekend work out 1am I tell u damn nice after cold shower and u sleep after a good work out Also I like to avoid weirdos and gheys so low peak hours is the best for me |
