After change Maxis Hotlink 2G to 4G on March 2024(This old plan I keep not using data, so I not open access point name, no matter open 2G/4G situation), and I knew I unable receive TM monthly reminder sms for billing and after payment sms, others company sms I think can.

Now, TM only can re-input my phone number, but last month and this month I still not receive any from TM.
Maxis Hotlink open report and told me not blocking TM sms and others.

I go to TM self care postal and type the Unifi bebas prepaid number but unable get sms too.

May I know you have above experiences, how to solve?

When you receive TM boardband and Unifi bebas prepaid sms, can you kindly wrote here what is the TM short code will send to you?

For an example:
TM boardband sms short code
Monthly billing and after payment notification = 62100
100 report number =
100 survey =
promotion notification = 66555
anything else?

Unifi bebas prepaid sms short code
24339
Unifi
anything else?
