by rejecting the claim, next car onward will have no insurance at all

and don't buy from unreputable insurance company like liberty
people buy from liberty all because it's cheap...that's the only reason

Sohaibeng giving half truths or what 7 kok shit? Tok so much wanna complain insurance penipu scammer, why cover up so many details? Assuming that $535 and $135 are for pairs of tyres, why the fuck is there $135/pc tyre on such expensive car? Surely some kind of used shit not suitable for this car that the adjuster has picked up on.

Sohaibeng acting like wumaos wanna cheap out for whatever reason but then cry father mother with half truths once shit hits the fan.

yes i know but customer should have the right to choose what insurance company they choose to buy from
if being forced to take liberty thn that's a red flag already

my ex-company, they will only use liberty if customer requested because have bad experience with it...they usually offer allianz 1st
a car dealer usually have connection with all the insurance companies that customer can choose

Generally insurance don't repudiate claim due to botak tyre

The only clause they can invoke is not roadworthy condition

Very hard to proof not roadworthy

And to be honest, claims handler don't like to repudiate claim

It takes 10 times more effort to repudiate a claim then approving one

Plus each insurance company has no more then 2 people have the authority to repudiate claim

My point is, the car owner is hiding a lot of information

Each repudiation comes with an extensive email explain the reason of repudiation and proof to substantiate their stand

That's the point if insurance. If they crash means it's an accident. You think the fella want to crash the car on purpose? Then that is the insurance burden to prove it. Else it will open flood gate for other insurance to simply say you purposely crash without evidence.

There's why some people who keep claim will have no ncb and even higher premium. That's the purpose of insurance to insure.

Agreed. Liberty Insurance must have some valid reasons to reject the claim. Lets see what reason Liberty Insurance will come out in defense.

The guy was holding tire workshop receipt
2 x $535
2 x $135
$60

A bit cheap for $135 tire. Probably used??

I bet they have explained their reason to insured.

It is a regulatory requirement

All the owner need to do is just show the audience the letter to see whether the reason given is reasonable

simple reason only

the only repair is to total loss it

the repair cost itself is almost 60-70% of the car

my taycan front lip hit a sibeh high road bump, the radiator is behind the flaps... they quote me 25k to replace a new one... i sibeh hot liao.. go outside do touch up less than 2k...
