EEHB is principally an investment holding company and through its subsidiary, the Group is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of biomass fuel products, particularly palm kernel shells and wood pellets.

Shares to be issued/offered:

Initial Public Offering in conjunction with the Listing of EEHB on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad comprising the following:

(I) Public issue of 350,000,000 new ordinary shares in the EEHB (“Shares”) in the following manner:

80,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;

20,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Eligible Directors, Employees and persons who have contributed to the success of the Group; and

250,000,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.

(II) Offer for sale of 350,000,000 existing Shares in EEHB by way of private placement to selected investors.

Interesting, I am wondering what is the current market like for biomass energy in Malaysia.

Not very well verse in this segment of the industry, anyone have legit insights?

and very Thrifty/ strict ICHIPO Blogspot rarely give a " GREEN QUADRANT " ( high return with low risk ) for any IPO ....

Tomorrow is the balloting date. Maybe this one got 5-6x higher chances to get compare to SCB and EPB since there are about 350 million public issue shares.
