True, really still need to tahan the traffic here. No choice, i would say those who buy unit in OKR mainly is because near to PJ and KL,
so already know that need to tahan the massive jam la.
Same like i stay bukit jalil, traffic like hell but it is convenient here. Nowadays, every where also jam, even with MRT/ public transport, yea? haha

I think still ok not bad for the location, traffic sure will be an issue, MRT you need to wait for quite some years to be done and ready to use. Another concern will be noise pollution from both NPE, MRT and OKR traffic. Hope the pond at the back will be clean before handling over the property? Price tag i feel reasonable, considered affordable for a property close to KL city centre.
For chinese, especially parents will like it because chinese school across the road, got pasar and foodcourt opposite.
For investment wise, very hard to say, but i assume it will be better than Citizen side? Prediction la.
