Used to stay at OKR and go back there once a while to visit friends or to makan makan. The dedicated bus lane is making life a nightmare for residents along the road. If you have the options to wait, why not wait until the mrt is built. Meanwhile you can rent Millers or Verve suite to get a feel of living around that area. You may not like the air and noise pollution there. I moved out because cannot stand the numbers of cars; air is choked with exhaust fumes smell and the noise from early morning till late nights.

Just checked this project today. Left about 30plus units only. The MRT3 line direct access is a huge attraction for buyers who are looking for own stay, rental or even short term rentals.

There are 3 types, A, B and C. A is about 650fs, B is about 750fs and C is about 850fs. Units limited to about 300 plus.

All looks good but for us, the only questionable part is the developer’s experience. Quite a new name.

Nevertheless, a good prospect for those who are looking around this area and close to KL. Bare in mind, MRT3 will only come in 2032 and the OKR road is jam on another level. The closest bus stop until then is the one in front of Millerz.

While it looks good, but the proximity is too close, dunno that time will have noise effect when train come and go or not

Wonder how good is this developer, just googled search online, they have few project running concurrently, does their financial solid enough?if any of their project got hiccups, what will be the impact to Thier others project?

Cant say how good they are but their two projects in JB CIQ sold out or selling like hot cake with limited number of units left....

unfortunately, as public we don't have much channel to find out how healthy does the developer financially sad.gif . The common metric we can use is their past projects and on going project take up rate. But the sold out rate doesn't guarantee they can deliver the project. This remind me the kuchai east project, sold out rate are more than 90%, still project abandoned.

Any buyer here can confirm which lawyer firm used by this project? Does the spa and loan use the same lawyer?
