Sorry guys, just needed to vent this. So I missed a payment for Time few days ago, account got suspended on Friday. Paid online BUT made the mistake of paying via Maybank instead of usually using the Time selfcare site. Turns out account is not instantly restored because paying through bank takes one business day (take note *business day*).

Only found out when I called Time up to ask why my connection wasn't restored after payment was made. So I wait one day lah. Come Saturday, STILL not restored. Called Time again, they tell me payment hasn't gone through yet. They say system will automatically restore once payment is released from Maybank. I then call Maybank to check and they say payment has gone through on their end. They say they will help me send a report but only on Tuesday because it's a long weekend. Staff on the line with me can't do it because it's not his department. bangwall.gif

I call Time again, tell them Maybank confirms payment has gone through BUT now they say because it's ONE BUSINESS DAY, meaning even though payment was on Friday, weekend is not counted, and since it's a holiday on Monday, it will only be restored probably on Tuesday!

W.T.F!??

System also take weekends and holidays off wan ah? Seriously. bangwall.gif bangwall.gif bangwall.gif

Sorry guys, really just needed to vent.

yes now just pay via time selfcare.

that payment via mbb will consider as extra payment, and will deduct on next statement. consider u pay 1 month in advanced

iinm Time is not very strict with lapsed payment. So to get suspended meaning atleast 2 months no payment already.

Instead of making a fuss, easiest way is make payment again.
Preferably using Credit Card or ewallet at Time SelfCare portal

User problem , delay payment more thn 2months thn make noise . If u knw Internet is veli important thn y u risk it wiv delay payment

Thanks for that suggestion though, didn't think of that simple solution in my rant mode.
