Only found out when I called Time up to ask why my connection wasn't restored after payment was made. So I wait one day lah. Come Saturday, STILL not restored. Called Time again, they tell me payment hasn't gone through yet. They say system will automatically restore once payment is released from Maybank. I then call Maybank to check and they say payment has gone through on their end. They say they will help me send a report but only on Tuesday because it's a long weekend. Staff on the line with me can't do it because it's not his department.
I call Time again, tell them Maybank confirms payment has gone through BUT now they say because it's ONE BUSINESS DAY, meaning even though payment was on Friday, weekend is not counted, and since it's a holiday on Monday, it will only be restored probably on Tuesday!
W.T.F!??
System also take weekends and holidays off wan ah? Seriously.
Sorry guys, really just needed to vent.
