seems like starting around 11 PM, there's super lat

my ip 60.53.* at Seri Kembangan

hitting around 5k lat. seeing all other toons doing teleporting and blinking super-duper effects

anyone else puke by this?

Im having higher than usual latency too. Reaching 1k - 1.5k from the usual of 5xx.

same, but back to around 600-800ms atm.

Yeah same here in Penang starting on Wed & Thursday night. Highest lat was 9K, and normal was around 1-2K.

Was in TK when this happened.

Hopefully it will be better today.

Anyone else from Penang experiencing the same thing?

I got a 4k latency last night at Penang..... Usually it's around 400-500

You play WoW normally with 1-2k ?

lol naa...i meant the highest spike was at 9K, and normal LAG was around 1-2K,

normal playable lat is around 200-400+ms.

Seems the latency has improved now...

Last nite TMNut suxcoxmyx acting up again...
1700 lat on average. Tried reconnecting with diff
IP several times also no use. One time it even went up to
2400 lat.

I cant do anything in WOW right now.
I click the spell and the spell is only casted after the spell icon show 1.5s of global cooldown.

It seems like all sites like youtube.com, blogspot.com, and any international sites goes freaking slowly.

However not all sites are slow. I connected to my guild's US vent server and the ping was fine (200-300)
Guess there are throttling speed for certain popular things?

Man, what the hell is wrong with streamyx again. I have been lagging for 3 or 4 days.
Latency used to be 400-500ms and now 700-800ms.
I think they made some changes to the IP. Both the good and bad IP address for my region now give same level of perfomance but laggy at the moment. And the time you can get certain IP is also changed.
It's all messed up now.

Theres no such thing as good/bad ip now.

All the IP i have tried are f***kkkkkking slow...as in really really really slow.

I have lodged a comlaint at tmnet website and Im gonna call the customer service centre tomorrow to see what they can do about it =(

uptime of router is 104 hours, and since then no hiccups.

prior to that uptime, there was a slight downtime where tmnut took down my line (actually performing an upgrade around klang valley area, they got announce, but wtf not really until i call to complaint)

Yea same. I was instancing happily, then suddenly at SV last boss 600ms jump to 2000ms then disconnect ... zzzzzz.

i cant even connect to blizzard downloader T_T my patch half way dling then suddently it fked up and now i need to reinstall the whole dam thing!!!

ok I intended to call TMnet this morning. Before I could get through to the operator, there was an announcement saying upgrade service is being carried out in Labuan, Miri and Kuching Sarawak and there will be service disruption from 10 Nov to 25 Nov.
Since I got the reason why the connection is sluggish (I'm from Kuching) and when it's gonna end, I just hung up the phone without talking to operator.
Hope everything will be back to normal on 25 Nov.

usually can get this good lat on either 60.50.x.x, 60.51.x.x or 60.53.x.x
but now,other two will give me over 2k lat

Its like the server will become laggy every 6 hours.

6 hours lag, 6 hours smooth, 6 hours lag, 6 hours smooth again.
TM is messing with something.

FYI

New Places like Putrajaya are getting about 180-350ms latency Max.
They use FIBRE CABLE from what the people from TM nuts told me.

Other places like Cheras, some other low-mid class population areas are getting about 400ms if you are not in Outland ^^ 600-700+ms is the usual average, try with Quartz addon, quartz let you know your exact current latency when you try to cast something.
So these places are using COPPER CABLE as what people from TM nuts told me.

The diff is Putrajaya people enjoy better than us, thx for the info from a good friend of mine from putrajaya.
