Sorry if this question is asked before. But may I know the proper step to add name to the property title that are not fully paid yet?
I saw somewhere mentioned we only need to do MOT transfer. But I also saw we need to do refinance?
So I am a little bit confused... The name that is going to be added is my gf but we getting married soon.

Anyone had any experience on this? Or any advice? Thanks
