for 3rd party car insurance and if my ncd is 0, will the ncd increase if there is no claim for that year?
and for the subsequent year, can I change from a 3rd party to comprehensive one?

You didn't say whats the market value and year of manufacture of your car. IINM insurance companies may not underwrite comprehensive coverage for those really old, say, 15yrs and above, and/or those vehicles under 10k value. Unless maybe you have an agent that can "fight" for your vehicle is under situations above.

oops, my car just exceed 20 years old, and market value is just nice over 10k, Kurnia will still renew it for comprehensive cover but since I just had an accident where my ncd is zeroized, I was thinking of buying 3rd party for this year and will buy comprehensive when ncd increase next year
