Actually, the food is pretty good and the price is about average of mall kopitiam these days. Plus, their portion is bigger. Couple that with a good environment and service, it's a no surprise to me.

I wented one day, it's the raya weeks, TRX is ded, no ppl, so i go try try, eat their nasi lemak and laksa, normal jer but i dun think it's overprice for mall restaurant, still cheaper than mdm kwan, teehee

no tenkiu ayam no need atas environment for nasik lemak and kopi

normally will go downhill after ipo.

open on 21st

ipo->cash out->sold to investors->everything goes to sheet

rince and repeat. tht's how u make big bucks dude

actually f&b business is difficult to sustain, there few way to make big money in f&b ..
either open as many as possible outlet like those bubble tea ... or go listed in share market...
get listed then push up the price n get burst then change name ...
just repeat, if can go a few more round, can retire already money can use for few generation ...
