to answer your question correctly, non-bumi only allocated 30m shares, cos the 60m that you see, half is bumi ballotting.

where they will ballot amongst themselves first in the 30m allocation category, if they failed to get, then they will be put into the public portion (non-bumi), to ballot together with you again, so in theory, they have 2 times the chances to get vs you only get one.

wait for balloting day, once they announce the basis of allotment, then you will know.

public portion depends on luck, guarantee? unless you are the selected investors (normally institutional), or unless you have pink form.
