Oriental Kopi and its subsidiaries are principally involved in cafe chain operations as well as distribution and retail of its own brands of consumer branded packaged foods.
Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of Oriental Kopi on the ACE Market comprising public issue of 418,101,000 new ordinary shares in Oriental Kopi ("Shares") in the following manner:
- 60,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
- 20,000,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors, employees and any other persons who have contributed to the success of Oriental Kopi group;
- 88,101,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected investors; and
- 250,000,000 new Shares available by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia.
